The 30-day “You Looked” Guarantee
Every tier has the 30-day “You Looked” Guarantee. Take your first look and run the tool. If it does not find you a win, or it simply is not for you, email support@bedrockvelocity.com within 30 days of purchase. We will refund every dollar. No forms. No guilt. No questions. Refunds return through Stripe to the original payment method; your payment provider determines when they appear. Refunded purchases lose their associated access. This policy does not limit rights you have under applicable law.
What this covers
This policy applies to our digital educational products: The First Win, The 21-Day Reset and Own It, With Me. All are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. If your purchase includes calls or support, contact us within the same 30-day window; there are no extra refund forms or questions.
Education, not a promised result
Bedrock Velocity and Own Your Spending provide educational content about spending habits and money stress. They are not therapy and are not financial, investment, tax, or debt-settlement advice. Results vary. Savings examples are illustrative; the founder’s experience is not a promise or a typical result.
Information used for a refund
We store your email, purchase and entitlement records, email-list signups, and reminder preferences. Your financial numbers and journal entries stay in your browser’s localStorage. We do not receive or store them, connect to your bank, or ask for a bank login. Backups you download are your responsibility. We use your email and purchase record to locate the payment. Do not send financial numbers or journal entries to request a refund.
Analytics and cookies
Browser storage keeps your sign-in session, consent choice, and tool progress. Optional analytics and advertising scripts must not load unless you accept analytics. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. At present no analytics or advertising scripts are loaded, even after acceptance.
