What we store — and what we do not
We store your email, purchase and entitlement records, email-list signups, and reminder preferences. Your financial numbers and journal entries stay in your browser’s localStorage. We do not receive or store them, connect to your bank, or ask for a bank login. Backups you download are your responsibility.
Why we use account information
We use account records to provide sign-in, verify purchases and access, send purchase messages, handle refunds, and respond to support requests. Email-list signups and the VIP waitlist are stored when you request them. Monthly check-in reminders are optional and off by default. Change your preference in your account or use the reminder’s unsubscribe link. Reminder emails contain no financial data or activity counts.
Payments and service providers
Our digital products use one-time payments only, with no subscriptions. Stripe processes payments and keeps the payment information needed to complete a transaction and send a receipt. Lovable Cloud supports accounts, purchase records and permitted site data. Resend is the intended provider for sign-in and optional email messages; delivery is unavailable until configured. We do not sell your personal information.
Analytics and cookies
Browser storage keeps your sign-in session, consent choice, and tool progress. Optional analytics and advertising scripts must not load unless you accept analytics. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. At present no analytics or advertising scripts are loaded, even after acceptance.
Your choices and retention
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the account information we hold by emailing support@bedrockvelocity.com. We may need to retain purchase records for legal or accounting obligations. Device-only entries must be managed on your device; clearing browser storage removes them. Retention periods, international transfers and jurisdiction-specific rights must be confirmed before launch.
Refunds and educational scope
Every tier has the 30-day “You Looked” Guarantee. Take your first look and run the tool. If it does not find you a win, or it simply is not for you, email support@bedrockvelocity.com within 30 days of purchase. We will refund every dollar. No forms. No guilt. No questions. Refunds return through Stripe to the original payment method; your payment provider determines when they appear. Refunded purchases lose their associated access. This policy does not limit rights you have under applicable law. Bedrock Velocity and Own Your Spending provide educational content about spending habits and money stress. They are not therapy and are not financial, investment, tax, or debt-settlement advice. Results vary. Savings examples are illustrative; the founder’s experience is not a promise or a typical result.
